The official PlayStation Move programming application is now available for European academics, researchers, university and college students.
Released in US last year, Move.Me is a server application for PS3 which allows to program code which utilizes the PlayStation Move motion controller as an input device on almost any platform (for more information please refer to the previous Move.Me coverage here at iWaggle3D).
Just like the original US release, Move.Me is currently being distributed for free to academics, researchers, and students who apply via the official website.
It’s till unknown whether the application will be made available to anyone via the local PlayStation Store. The US version was eventually deployed on the US PlayStation Store as well (not for cheap tho…), so there is hope.
